What forms of payment do you accept?

We offer Debit / Credit Card processing of Visa and Mastercard. Card payments are handled via 3D secure which ensures you the purchaser has to two form factor authenticate the transaction.

Did you know that ZipPay allows you to create a Single Use Card? So long as you have the money available in your account you can log in to the app or online and then select ‘Generate single-use card’. Once you enter the amount you are spending you can generate Visa card details to input into our system.

This will be expanded on if other options become available.

Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later services like Afterpay or Zip Pay?

Do you offer click and collect?

Unfortunately at this time we are not in a posistion to offer click and collect.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday during business hours if your order is placed outside of business hours or weekend they will be processed next business day.

Once your order has been packed you will receive a second email that will give you tracking details.

How is my parcel sent?

We currently use Australia Post to send all orders. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email from us with tracking details. These emails can sometimes go to your spam or junk folder and would suggest double checking there.

How can i track my order

Once orders have been dispatched an email is sent to your nominated email address alternatively you can login to our website and see tracking details for your orders.

Where do you ship to?

We send orders from our melbourne based warehouse across all states / teritories within Australia.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide international shipping.

How is my order packaged?

We use environmentally friendly recycable discreet packaging and packing materials for all of our orders.

We want to make sure that between us and you the item is safely packaged during transit.

I have an issue with my order.
