Shipping Policy
Our order cutoff time is Midday (12pm) AEST Monday - Friday.
HerbWare aim to ship orders within 1 working business day of receipt however during busy periods this may be extended to up to 3-4 working days. If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday we aim to ship the next working day.
Tracking numbers are automatically sent to your nominated e-mail address once your shipping label has been printed Once created Australia Post tracking system can take up to 48 hours to update. Should you have an issue with your tracking not updating after this period please contact Australia Post directly on 13 13 18 during business hours
All items are currently shipped with Australia Post.
All parcels are sent with Signature Confirmation on delivery, this cannot be
removed and you will need to sign for a parcel when it is delivered. If you will not
be home for delivery, consider having the parcel sent to a workplace or local
Australia Post Parcel Locker.
While all care is taken, we cannot be responsible for items that go missing once they have left our warehouse.
Express Post orders can take 1-3 working days depending on where you live, and up to 8 days if you are outside a metro area. Express Post Deliveries are Monday – Friday.

Regular Parcel Post can take 2-8 working days from being sent and you will be
provided with a tracking number once the order is shipped. Regular Post Deliveries are Monday - Friday Australia wide.
Please note: During periods of high demand, Australia Post may suffer
operational setbacks which can result in delays to both standard and express
post. We understand this can be frustrating but this is unfortunately out of our
control.
Shipping to Western Australia or the Northern Territory using Regular Post can cause lengthy delays in customers receiving parcels. Please consider Express Post for these areas.
We HIGHLY recommend using Express Post as it is quicker than Regular parcel
post, even within Victoria. We do not control post times, once a parcel has left us
it is in the hands of Australia Post. If your goods are damaged while in transit please contact us within 24 hours. We may also advise that you need to contact Australia Post to lodge a dispute for the damaged goods.
Please note that if you provide an incorrect address for shipping your item, or your parcel is returned to us as uncollected/undeliverable, a $20 admin fee will result plus the cost of re-shipping the item back to you.
